BD8303MUV
Overview
BD8303MUV is ROHM’s high efficiency step-up/step-down switching regulator IC. It produces output of 3.3V / 5V from 1 cell of lithium battery, 4 batteries, or 2 cells of Li batteries with just one inductor.
