RS1G74 - Single Positive-Edge-Triggered D-Type Flip-Flop

Description

The RS1G74 single positive-edge-triggered D-type flipflop is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.

A low level at the preset (P̅̅̅R̅̅E̅) or clear (C̅̅L̅̅R̅) input sets or resets the outputs, regardless of the levels of the other inputs.

Features

  • Operating Voltage Range:1.65V to 5.5V.
  • Low Power Consumption:10µA (Max).
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C.
  • Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V.
  • High Output Drive: ±24mA at VCC=3.0V.
