RS1G79 - Single Positive-Edge-Triggered D-Type Flip-Flop

Description

The RS1G79 single positive-edge-triggered D-type flipflop is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.

When data at the data (D) input meets the setup time requirement, the data is transferred to the Q output on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse.

Features

  • Operating Voltage Range: 1.65V to 5.5V.
  • Low Power Consumption: 10µ A (Max).
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C.
  • Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V.
  • High Output Drive: ±24mA at VCC=3.0V.
  • Ioff Supports Live Insertion, Partial-Power Down Mode, and Back-Drive Protection.
  • Micro SIZE.

When data at the data (D) input meets the setup time requirement, the data is transferred to the Q output on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. Clock triggering occurs at a voltage level and is not directly related to the rise time of the clock pulse.
