General Description

Pin Assignment RFT1150 is a multi-output constant current LED driver.

With its linear architecture, the external circuits can be significantly simplified to 4 external resistors for adjusting the RGBW (or amber) output current.

RFT1150 provides a maximum sink current of 350 mA for each channel, with a reasonable value of the external resistor.

  • Operating supply voltage: 3.3 V ~ 5 V.
  • Constant current output: 20 mA ~ 350 mA (VDD = 5 V).
  • Max. output voltage: 17 V.
  • Max. output enable frequency: 1 MHz.
  • Accurate output current adjustment through individual external resistors.
  • Thermal protection (auto current reduction High/low threshold: 180 °C & 120 °C).
  • Thermal alarm ( over 140 °C).
  • LED open detection.
