It integrates two LDOs and one low-impedance switch. This power management IC delivers power in portable and embedded systems. With an input range of 4.5V to 16V, it provides a high frequency power solution for a variety of point-of-load applications. Outputs are adjustable to meet system needs. A PWM controller drives two pairs of internal switching N-channel power MOSFETs to generate output voltage.
