RAA223881 700V Off-line Flyback Regulator Datasheet The RAA223881, an off-line flyback regulator with an integrated 700V power MOSFET, provides a cost-effective solution for high-input voltage applications such as appliances, air conditioners, and general-purpose isolated power supplies. The flyback regulator operates with a constant switching frequency of 65kHz and employs current mode control. At light loads, it operates in burst mode to reduce power consumption and uses secondary-side feedback to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
