RAA223882 700V Off-line Flyback Regulator Datasheet The RAA223882, an off-line flyback regulator with an integrated 700V power MOSFET, provides a cost-effective solution for high-input voltage applications such as appliances, air conditioners, and general-purpose isolated power supplies.
