RT9170 Description
The RT9170 is CMOS ultra low quiescent current and low dropout (ULDO) regulators. The devices are capable of supplying 300mA of output current continuously. The RT9170's performance is optimized for batterypowered systems to deliver 15μA ultra low quiescent current and extremely low dropout voltage.
