RT9605B Description
The RT9605B is a high frequency, triple-channel synchronous-rectified buck MOSFET driver specifically designed to drive six power N-MOSFETs. The part is promoted to pair with Richtek's multiphase buck PWM controller family for high-density power supply implementation.
