® DDR Termination Regulator General Description RT2596 is a 1.5A continuous current sink/source tracking termination regulator, and its transient peak current is up to 3A. It is specifically designed for low-cost and lowexternal ponent count systems. The RT2596 possesses a high speed operating amplifier that provides fast load transient response. The RT2596 supports remote sensing functions and all Features required to power the DDR SDRAM VTT bus termination according to the JEDEC specification.
