The RT6203E is an adaptive on-time mode synchronous Buck converter.

The main control loop of the RT6203E uses an adaptive on-time mode control which provides a very fast transient response with no external components.

The RT6203E operates from 4.5V to 18V VIN input.

an internal soft-start time. Output voltage is adjustable by VID code setting. VOUT range is between 0.6V to 1.62V Features.
VID Control Range Via I2C Compatible Interface :  0.6V to 0.7V in 20mV Steps  0.7V to 1.2V in 10mV Steps  1.2V to 1.62V in 20mV Steps.
