RT6320 Description
The RT6320 family are high efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC converters with pseudo constant switching frequency of 500kHz and deliver up to 12A output current. The RT6320B/C and RT6320BH/CH operate from 4.5V to 23V input voltage. The output voltage of RT6320B/BH is fixed to 3.3V.
