RT7272B
Overview
The RT7272B is a high efficiency, current mode synchronous step-down DC-DC converter that can deliver up to 3A output current over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 36V. The RT7272B integrates a 150m on-resistance of high-side MOSFET and an 80m on-resistance of low-side MOSFET to achieve high conversion efficiency up to 95%.
