RT8816A
Description
The RT8816A is a 2/1 dual-phase synchronous buck PWM controller optimized for high-performance graphic microprocessors and supports the nVidia OVR2 specification with a PWM-VID interface. The IC integrates a Constant On-Time (COT) PWM controller, two MOSFET drivers with internal bootstrap diodes, and channel current balance.
