The RT8816A is a 2/1-phase synchronous Buck PWM controller optimized f or high-perf ormance graphic microprocessors and supports the nVidia OVR2 specif ication with a PWM-VID interf ace.

of the RT8816A include an external ref erence input and PWM-VID dynamic output voltage control, where the f eedback voltage is regulated to track an external input ref erence voltage. Other f eatures include an adjustable switching f requency, dynamic phase number control, internal sof t start, power good indicator, and enable f unctions.
