The RT9266 is a pa ct, high ef ficiency, and low voltage step-up DC/DC converter with a n Adaptive Current Mode PWM control loop, include s a n error a mplifier, ra mp generator, parator, switch pa ss element a nd driver in which providing a sta ble and high efficient operation over a wide ra nge of loa d currents. It operate s in sta ble waveforms without external pensation. The low start-up input voltage below 1V makes RT9266 suitable for 1 to 4 battery cells applications of providing up to 300mA output current.
