RTQ5115-QA Description
The RTQ5115 is a highly-integrated low-power highperformance analog SOC with PMIC in one single chip designed for industrial/automotive applications. The RTQ5115 includes four synchronous step-down DCDC converters and eight LDOs for system power. The RTQ5115 also embeds one EEPROM (MTP) for setting sequence and timing etc.
