RTQ5119A Description
The RTQ5119A is an integrated solution for DDR5 R/LRDIMM and NVDIMM power management IC. This device provides 4 single Buck voltage regulators (SWA, SWB, SWC and SWD) and 3 LDOs (VLDO_1.0V, VLDO_1.8V and VBIAS). Among the four voltage regulators, the SWA and SWB can operate either in single phase mode or dual phase mode.
