General Description
The RTQ6050/RTQ6052 devices are high-side currentshunt monitors which contain a current-sense amplifier, bandgap reference, and a parator with latching output. The RTQ6050/RTQ6052 senses drops across shunts at mon-mode voltages from 2V to 80V. The RTQ6050/RTQ6052 series supports two output voltage scales : 20V/V, and 100V/V.
The RTQ6050 and RTQ6052 build in an open-drain parator and internal reference providing a 0.6V threshold. External dividers set the current trip point. The parator Features a latching capability, that can be made easily by grounding (or leaving open) the RESET...
