RTQ9740A Description
The RTQ9740A is a small, ultra-low RON, dual channel load switch with EN controlled pin. The product contains two N-MOSFETs that can operate between an input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5V. Also, it supports a maximum continuous current of 6A each channel.
