Description
The BD1422x G-C is a current sense amplifier series. This device operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply. It has wide mon mode voltage range from -14 V to +40 V, outputs analog voltage. The gains are 3 types from 25 V/V to 100 V/V. The matched gain resistor minimizes gain error and offset voltage. In additionally, the low input bias current is 1 µA that reduces the offset on the path to shunt resistor.
