BD4269EFJ-C Description
BD4269FJ-C BD4269EFJ-C are a low quiescent voltage regulator with 45V voltage allowing usage in battery direct-connected systems. IC integrates Power on and under-voltage reset and Input voltage reset for VCC or other voltages. Quiescent current is minimized to optimize the system current consumption.
