MS7705/MS7706 16-bit Σ-Δ Analog to Digital Converter PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The MS7705/MS7706 is an analog-to-digital converter for low-frequency measurement. It uses Σ-Δ conversion technology to realize 16-bit no missing codes feature. The operating voltage range is 2.7V-3.3V or 4.75V-5.25V. The MS7705/MS7706 is ideal for intelligent, micro-controller, or DSPbased systems. It can set gain, signal polarity and output rate through serial interface. Self-calibration and system calibration can be applied to eliminate gain and offset errors of the system. The typical power dissipation is 20μW in standby mode.
