NR111D Description
The NR111D is a buck converter IC that integrates the power MOSFET. With the current mode control, ultra low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors can be used. The IC has protection functions such as Overcurrent Protection (OCP), Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO) and Thermal Shutdown (TSD).
