NR263S Description
The NR263S is synchronous rectification buck converter IC with built-in power MOSFET. In light load, the IC operates with the pulse skip mode to improve the efficiency. By using the peak current control method, the IC stably operates with a low ESR capacitor such as a ceramic capacitor.
