SCT2401 Overview
Description
The SCT2401 is a high frequency, up to 600mA continuous output synchronous buck converter. It has wide input voltage rating from 4.5V to 40V, which integrates a 600mΩ high-side MOSFET and a 300mΩ low-side MOSFET.
