SCT2401F Overview
The SCT2401F is a high frequency, up to 600mA continuous output synchronous buck converter. It has wide input voltage rating from 4.5V to 40V, which integrates a 600mΩ high-side MOSFET and a 300mΩ low-side MOSFET. The SCT2401F, adopts the peak current mode control with built-in loop pensation to make the chip easy to use.
