SGM2531A Overview
The SGM2531 and SGM2531A are single-channel load switches with controlled slew rate. The VOUT rise time can be programmed by setting an additional capacitor to the SS pin, which can minimize inrush current. The devices contain an N-MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 4V to 22V.
