SGM2564 Overview
The SGM2564 is a single load switch with reverse current protection function. The device can operate from 1V to 5.5V single supply and has the ability to drive up to 4A continuous current. The device contains a 16mΩ low RON N-MOSFET controlled by the ON pin.
