SGM2566C Description
FEATURES The SGM2566C is an ultra-low on-resistance, integrated N-MOSFET, single-channel load switch. The device can operate over a wide input voltage range of 0.6V to 5.7V. It can support a 5A maximum continuous load current and is controlled by a switch enable input (ON) pin.
