SGM41283 70V Boost Converter with APD Current Monitor GENERAL DESCRIPTION The SGM41283 is a high voltage non-synchronous Boost converter which integrates a 70V, 600mΩ, N-channel power FET and is capable of up to 1.1A switch current limit. The Boost converter adopts the fix frequency of 850kHz (TYP) peak current mode control for voltage regulation. In addition, the SGM41283 integrates accurate current mirror with two selectable ratios of 10:1 and 2:1 for APD current monitoring.
