SGM63600 Description
The SGM63600 is a 4.3V to 60V current mode controller for synchronous Buck converters. It is capable to efficiently drive two N-MOSFETs over the whole voltage range. This device uses accurate cycle-by-cycle current limiting in PWM operation.
