SGM7SZ04 Overview
The SGM7SZ04 is a single inverter with the advanced CMOS technology. The supply voltage pin of this device accepts any voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V. The input can tolerate the maximum of 6V, regardless of the supply voltage range.
