General Description
The SGM7SZ244 octal buffers/line drivers are designed specifically to improve both the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters.

- High-Current Outputs Drive Up to 15 LSTTL Loads.
- 3-State Outputs Drive Bus Lines or Buffer Memory Address Registers.
- Low Power Consumption, ICC: 25μA (MAX).
- Typical tPD = 8.9ns at 5.0V.
- ±20mA Output Drive at 5.0V.
- Low Input Current: ±8μA (MAX).
- -40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range.
