SGM820 Description
The SGM820 bines a precision voltage supervisor with a programmable watchdog timer. The SGM820 is suitable for monitoring mon rail voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V and 5V. The SGM820 parator achieves a high accuracy (-40℃ to +125℃) for the under-voltage threshold and also includes accurate hysteresis, making the device ideal for use with tight tolerance systems.
