BL50436 Description
50436 is a single-chip 4-bit microputer developed exclusively for digital tuning systems using the voltage synthesizer method. It is produced using silicon-gate S process and is supplied in a 52-lead plastic dual-in-line package. It has on screen display control circuit in addition to all the microputer circuits.
