Enhanced 8051 microcontroller with reduced instruction cycle time (up to 12 times 80C51)
- Up to 32 MHz flexible CPU frequency
- Internal 32 MHz Clock Generator (IHRC)
- Real-time clock with 32.768 k Hz crystal
- Fcpu : 16MIPs ~ 0.25MIPs

- 32 KB non-volatile flash memory (IROM) with in-system program support
- 256 bytes internal RAM (IRAM)
