The M54/74HC4060 is a high speed CMOS 14STAGE BINARY COUNTER/OSCILLATOR fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has the same high speed performance of LSTTL bined with true CMOS low power consumption. It operates ten times faster than metal-gate C2MOS IC (4060B) with the same power dissipation.
