ESDALC6V1M3 is Dual low capacitance TRANSIL array manufactured by STMicroelectronics.

- Better than IEC 61000-4-2 standard (ESD protection: 11 k V contact discharge)
- Breakdown voltage VBR = 6.1 V min
- Low diode capacitance (11 p F typ at 0 V)
- Low leakage current < 0.5 µA
- Very small PCB area: 0.6 mm2
- Ro HS pliant
