Description

The LEOLVDSRD is a 3 V to 3.6 V power supply (4.8 V absolute maximum ratings) low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) driver and receiver qualified for use in aerospace environments.

LVDS single driver and single receiver.
400 Mbps (200 MHz).
3 V to 3.6 V operating power supply.
4.8 V absolute maximum ratings.
Individual enable/disable function with high impedance.
Cold spare on all pins.
Fail-safe function.
RML < 1% and CVCM.
