M54HCT174 Description
The M54/74HCT174 is a high speed CMOS HEX DTYPE FLIP-FLOP WITH CLEAR fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has the same high speed performance of LSTTL bined with true CMOS low power consumption. Information signals applied to D inputs are transfered to the Q output on thepositive going edge of the clock pulse.
