VND810P-E - Double channel high-side driver

Description

The VND810P-E is a monolithic device designed in STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 technology, intended for driving any kind of load with one side connected to ground.

Active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table).

  • Type VND810P-E RDS(on) 160 mΩ(1) IOUT 3.5 A(1) VCC 36 V 1. Per each channel.
