SPN70T10 N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET DESCRIPTION APPLICATIONS The SPN70T10 is the N-Channel logic enhancement mode  DC/DC Converter power field effect transistor which is produced using high  Load Switch cell density DMOS trench technology. This high density  SMPS Secondary Side Synchronous Rectifier process is especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance. These devices are particularly suitable for   Power Tool Motor Control synchronous rectifier application, Motor control power management and other Power Tool circuits. It has been optimized for low gate charge, low RDS(ON) and fast switching speed. FEATURES  100V/70A,RDS(ON)=12mΩ@VGS=10V  100V/70A,RDS(ON)=15mΩ@VGS=4.
