SanRex® Fast & Soft Recovery Diode DBA100UA40 IF(AV)= 2x50A, V RRM=400V, trr=90ns SanRex Fast & Soft Recovery Diode Module DBA100UA40 is designed for applications requiring fast switching and soft recovery wave shape to reduce or eliminate the need for snubber ponents in the circuit. The modules are isolated for easy mounting with other ponents or a mon heatsink.
