The resin case and substantial mounting surfaces allow substantial heat dissipation, and operating temperatures up to TJ = 175°C, facilitating heatdissipation design.

  • Low VF (0.95 to 1.0 V max, at IF = 6 A).
  • Low reverse leakage current, IR = 10 μA.
  • High temperature range.
  • Flammability: UL94V-0 (Equivalent).
