Description The SY20109B is a 400n A ultra low quiescent current, 1.0MHz synchronous step down DC/DC regulator, which is capable of delivering up to 1.0A output current. It can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.4V to 6.0V and integrate a main switch and a synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. The low output voltage ripple, the small external inductor and the capacitor sizes are achieved at 1.0MHz switching frequency.
