SY20114
Overview
The SY20114 high-efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and can deliver an output current up to 2A with a low quiescent current of 55 µA. To minimize conduction loss, it integrates a main switch and a synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON).
