SY20122A1 Overview
Description
The SY20122A1 high efficiency and low quiescent current synchronous Buck regulator operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, and can deliver an output current up to 2A. It integrates a top FET and a bottom FET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss.
