The SY20845A is a programmable current limit switch with input voltage range selection and output voltage clamping. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Extremely low RDS(ON) of the integrated protection N-channel MOSFET helps to reduce power loss during normal operation. The programmable current limit can be configured using an external resistor. The device integrates short-circuit and overtemperature protections. The SY20845A is available in a compact DFN 3mmx3mm-10pin package.FEATURES
