SY21031 Description
The SY21031 high-efficiency asynchronous stepdown DC/DC regulator is using an adaptive constant off-time architecture, and can deliver 0.8A current over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 55V. It integrates a main switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss. The 1.2MHz switching frequency permits low output-voltage ripple and reduces the external inductor and capacitor sizes.
