SY21051 Description
The SY21051 high-efficiency synchronous Buck converter can deliver 1A output current over a wide input voltage range from 7V to 100V. The SY21051 employs a constant on-time and ripple-based control strategy to achieve fast transient responses. The SY21051 integrates the top FET and bottom FET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
